Miso Ginger Chicken

Miso, a paste made from fermented soy beans, has been used in traditional Japanese cooking for over 2,500 years. It adds a deep, robust flavor that takes our Miso Ginger Chicken to the next level!

Serve on top of grains such as rice or couscous with steamed or stirred vegetables.
Alternate:
On a caesar salad, in a taco with mango salsa, for breakfast in an omelette, or in a quesadilla.
Recipe:
Mango Salsa
3 mangos peeled, seeded, and chopped
1 medium red bell pepper, finely chopped
1/2 cup red onion, chopped
1/4 cup firmly packed cilantro, chopped
1 jalapeno or serrano chili, finely chopped
1 large lime, juiced
salt to taste
In a medium bowl mix ingredients together. Cover and allow to sit at least 10 minutes before serving.
